It's about country-club teens riding around in hot rods, crashing parties, starting fight, smashing windows, screaming and running riot like juvenile delinquents do best.

The film stars Mark Damon, Bobby Driscoll, Connie Stevens, Frances Farmer, Doris Dowling, and Gary Gray.
