A 1989 rare original movie poster for Do the Right Thing, an absolute classic and expertly written and directed by Spike Lee. It stars Lee, Danny Aiello, Ossie Davis, Ruby Dee, Richard Edson, Giancarlo Esposito, Bill Nunn, John Turturro, and Samuel L. Jackson, and is the feature film debut of Martin Lawrence and Rosie Perez. The story explores a Brooklyn neighbourhood's simmering racial tension between its African-American residents and the Italian-American owners of a local pizzeria, culminating in tragedy and violence on a hot summer day. A boomin soundtrack to this film with the Fight the Power by Public Enemy that evokes the sound of the late 80's.

Very good condition prior to linen backing. There was a minro tear on the left side and some brown foxing spots on the bottom left corner. There was also some minor vertical surface scuff lines. The poster has been expertly linen baked and is frame ready.
