An original 1979 international one sheet poster (meaning it was printed in the U.S. for use in non-U.S. countries) for The Warriors, a cult American action thriller film directed by Walter Hill.
The film is about a New York gang called the Warriors who are trying to get back to their home turf in Coney Island in Brooklyn, after they are framed for the murder of a respected gang leader.
For me growing up, this film was the epitome of cool, The Wanderers comes a close second. This original movie poster has iconic artwork by David Jarvis who also did Escape ToVictory.
