An original re-release Japanese movie poster for Rebel Without a Cause, a 1955 American coming-of-age romantic drama film about emotionally confused suburban, middle-class teenagers. Filmed in the then recently introduced CinemaScope format and directed by Nicholas Ray. The film stars James Dean, Natalie Wood, Sal Mineo, Jim Backus, Ann Doran, Corey Allen and William Hopper. Dennis Hopper made his film debut in a small role. The film was an attempt to portray the moral decay of American youth, critique parental style, and explore the differences and conflicts between generations.

Very good condition. Unfolded. There is a very light horizontal crease across the poster at upper and lower center from it being stored with posters that were tri-folded. Some minor fine creases scattered throughout.
